Shipping policy

Handmade glass purchases are completed through the GlassBoundInk Etsy shop. Etsy displays the applicable processing time, shipping price, carrier options, and estimated arrival window for each item before checkout.

Physical glass orders

• See the individual Etsy listing and checkout screen for the current processing time and estimated delivery.
• Fragile glass is carefully packaged for transit.
• Available destinations and shipping services can vary by item.
• For non-U.S. deliveries, buyers may be responsible for import duties or fees. Customs delays are outside the studio's control.

Digital products

Digital files are delivered by Etsy after payment is confirmed; no physical shipment is made.

Questions or damage in transit

Please contact Glassbound Ink promptly through Etsy messages, or email lori@glassboundink.com, with the order number and photos if an item arrives damaged.
