Return & refund policy

Return and exchange eligibility is shown on each Etsy item page before purchase because handmade, personalized, one-of-a-kind, and digital items may have different eligibility.

Before purchasing

• Review the exact item's Etsy listing for its current return or exchange eligibility.
• Cancellations are not accepted after an order is placed.
• Digital downloads cannot be physically returned.

If there is a problem

Please contact Glassbound Ink through Etsy messages or at lori@glassboundink.com. Include the order number and, for damage or an item problem, clear photos. We will review the order and work toward an appropriate resolution through Etsy.

Refund processing

When a refund is approved, it is issued through the original Etsy transaction and is subject to Etsy's payment-processing time.
